Time frames are estimates and from the date your order is dispatched and does not include time for customs clearance. There may be delays expected especially during peak seasons and from business interruptions caused by COVID-19
Free shipping is available for US and International orders over $55 USD (or equivalent)
Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer possible for us to amend the address. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurately entered.
Should the package not be delivered due to an incorrect address, the order will not be refunded by The Petite Club.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Petite Club.
Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by The Petite Club.

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Our lashes are handmade and discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment this does not constitute damaged items.
If you are able to contact us before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to help you amend or cancel your order.
Unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has already been dispatched.
