Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Please note that for lashes, they are handmade so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment this does not constitute damaged items.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGE OF MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER
If you are able to contact us before your order has been dispatched, we are able to help you amend or cancel your order.
Unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has already been dispatched.
